With his sophomore release, 'Bodypaint', Kid Antoine takes a confident step forward from the 'sad-but-hopeful' melancholia of 2015's Proximity EP. On the technicolor 'Bodypaint', ghostly whistles and artificial choirs duet over a seductive mid-tempo bounce, resulting in something akin to a fantasy Tinashe instrumental, retooled for the club.
'Flood Control' exercises less restraint, pairing dam-bursting club kick drums with a venomous lead.

On remix duties is 2015 favourite Deejay Florentino, fresh off the release of his debut EP on Manchester label & club night Swing Ting. Florentino's remix is a culmination of both U.K & Columbian influence: his signature take on Latin rhythms combined with a Trance-like re-contextualising of the 'Bodypaint melody'.
